 3 Eggs
 250 g Cheese 10% (any lean and well-melting cheese)
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 80 g Tomatoes Cherry
 20 g Dill
 10 g Garlic
 Basil
 Salt, pepper

Beat the eggs, add salt and spices and pour into a heated frying pan lightly greased with oil.

Place a tortilla on top and press gently. Bake at a very low temperature.

Grate the cheese, chop the dill and basil, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Mash 100g of skimmed milk curd, add 80g of grated cheese, dill, a little salt, pepper, and garlic and mix it all.

When the omelette is almost ready, gently flip it over with a wide spatula.

Sprinkle the grated cheese mixed with the curd, dill, and seasoning, place on top, and gently press another tortilla. Top it with the sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with chopped basil and the remaining cheese. Cover the pan and leave to bake until all the cheese has melted.
