 15 g Garlic oil (1 tablespoon)
 Soybean oil (to taste)
 Vinegar 9% (to taste)
 Honey (to taste)
 Salt (to taste)

The cabbage is cut with a knife. Grate carrots and fresh beets. Peppers, onions, leeks cut.
