 200 g New cabbage
 134 g Carrot
 160 g Bell pepper
 160 g Beetroot (fresh)
 80 g Leek
 70 g Onion green feather
 300 g Korean Carrots (I was from RIMI)
Ingredients for Sauce
 15 g Garlic oil (1 tablespoon)
 Soybean oil (to taste)
 Vinegar 9% (to taste)
 Honey (to taste)
 Salt (to taste)
Preparation

The cabbage is cut with a knife. Grate carrots and fresh beets. Peppers, onions, leeks cut.

Korean carrots are also cut shorter.

Prepare the sauce and mix with the vegetables.
