Curd cake ‘Magnificent’ with fruit (with protein)
You can never have too much curd pies. Especially in summer, when there are so many berries and fruits.

Curd blended with egg, sweetener, vanilla essence, add oil, flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
