Simple variation for a delicious breakfast. Toasted bread with cheese, cottage cheese and scallions. Everything is as simple as can be.
If a snack, then just healthy without fear of gaining weight!

Curd blended with egg, sweetener, vanilla essence, add oil, flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Remove the dough and apply it to the mold and forming side edges.
Curd blended with eggs, kefir, add vanilla essence, sweetener, cornstarch, add sliced apples.
The curd mass is poured into the form on the base of the dough.
Bake at ~ 175 degrees until ready.
