 200 g Egg white
 50 g 10% cheese
 100 g Tomato
 15 g Green feather onion
 Spices of your choice
Preparation

Add salt and seasoning to the egg whites and pour into a heated pan with minimal oil.

Put the lid on and bake over a relatively low heat (or at a low temperature if there is an electric stove) on one side.

When you see that the omelette has torn edges, arrange the tomato slices on one side and sprinkle the cheese mixed with onions.
