 250 g Skimmed milk curd
 40 g Cornmeal (or 70g any other flour)
 30 g Rice flour
 15 g Coconut oil (or butter or other oil)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, herbs
Ingredients for filling
 2 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 275 g Chanterelles (or other mushrooms)
 100 g Natural yogurt
 106 g Onion
 60 g Scallions
 30 g Cheese 10%
 Salt, pepper, herbs
Directions

Mix all the dough ingredients and place the dough in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, cut the chanterelles and onions, which are fried / cooked in a pan.

Cool and add all other ingredients of the filling.

The dough is formed into a shape and forms a tarte with edges.

Filled with mushroom filling.

Put in the oven at ~ 175-180 degrees for ~ 30 min.
