
Oatmeal snack with nuts, seeds and dried cranberries
A calorie-dense but still healthy snack. Especially for our children, who are not into kcal counting.
Homemade cheese plus turkey fillet is a great combination - delicious and soft cutlets and a great source of protein.

Grind/blend the turkey fillets in a food processor.
Chop the broccoli, peppers, and onion in a food processor.
Add the egg, chopped vegetables, egg, salt and spices to the turkey fillet and mix well.
With wet hands, form meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~60 minutes.
