 1 Egg
 500 g Turkey fillet mince
 300 g Homemade cheese "Tere" ("Lakšu pesto")
 130 g Onion
 193 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 180 g Broccoli
 40 g Greens (dill, parsley)
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice
Directions

Grind/blend the turkey fillets in a food processor.

Chop the broccoli, peppers, and onion in a food processor.

Add the egg, chopped vegetables, egg, salt and spices to the turkey fillet and mix well.

With wet hands, form meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~60 minutes.
