Tart with Curd, Pears and Blue Cheese

My love for pears and blue cheese knows no bounds! A delightful tart!

Ingredients For the base (tin diameter 24 cm)
 1 Egg
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Flour (I have corn flour)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener of your choice
 A pinch of salt
Ingredients for filling
 1 Egg
 240 g Natural yogurt
 187 g Sweet pear
 135 g Skimmed milk curd
 50 g Dor Blue cheese
 20 g Corn starch
Directions

Blend the eggs and curd together to form a smooth mixture. Add the dry ingredients and knead a dough. Place the dough in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.

Remove the dough from the fridge and place it in the tin, forming edges.

Cut the pear and the Dor Blu cheese into small pieces.

Place the cut pears and cheese at the bottom of the tin.

Pour a mixture of eggs, yoghurt, curd, sweetener, vanilla, and cornstarch, whipped until smooth, over the top.

Bake in the oven at ~175-180 °C for ~25-30 minutes.
