Place the cut pears and cheese at the bottom of the tin.
Pour a mixture of eggs, yoghurt, curd, sweetener, vanilla, and cornstarch, whipped until smooth, over the top.
Bake in the oven at ~175-180 °C for ~25-30 minutes.
