I wanted "cookies" with stuffing. One, two, and done!

Press the banana into the mash with a fork.
Add sweetener, cocoa, flour, and baking powder. Everything is mixed and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into 4 equal parts (the dough is a little sticky). Shape the cookies with your hands, putting chocolate or apricot in the middle (or whatever you like best).
