"Lazy" Pavlova

 350 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 100 g Sweet cream 35%
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for Cherry Jam
 250 g Cherries (frozen)
 50 g Water
 15 g Corn starch
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for Mango-passion jam
 200 g Ripe (or frozen) mango
 50 g Water
 75 g Passion fruit (2 fruits)
 15 g Corn starch
 Sweetener of your choice
Directions

Put the cherries, water, and sweetener in a saucepan and cook. Add corn starch, stir and heat until the mass thickens. Cool down.

Put the peeled mango cut into pieces in a pot, add the passion fruit pulp, water, and sweetener, and cook. Add the cornstarch, stir, and heat until the mass thickens. Cool down.

Whip the sweet cream, and add culinary cottage cheese, sweetener, and vanilla.

Put the cream in a dessert dish/glass, the mango and passion fruit jam, then meringue cookies (cut it), then cherry jam.
Repeat this two or three times.
