Sprinkle corn kernels with kefir and leave for 30 minutes.
Curd, egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla, lemon juice well.
Add baking powder, swollen corn groats, chopped yellow plums and mix well.
Whisk the egg whites in a stiff foam with a pinch of salt.
Carefully stir in the egg whites in the dough.
Put the dough in the form and bake in the oven at ~ 175 degrees for ~ 50 minutes. (look at the stove)
Without baking, switch off the oven and allow it to cool completely without opening the door.
