My childhood favorite soup has become one of my favorite as I grow up.

Sour soup with pearls and chicken

Ingredients
 1.50 l Water
 3 Boiled eggs
 400 g Sour (fresh for me) or canned (530ml)
 50 g Pears (of course, you can put more)
 225 g Smoked chicken (better, of course, breast)
 60 g Onion
 12 g Garlic
 5 g Oil
 Salt, allspice, bay leaves

The pearls are usually soaked the night before so as not to cook for long.

Boil the eggs.

Put the pearls in a pot with water and cook almost ready.

Meanwhile, finely chop the chicken breast, sorrel.

Add salt, spices and chicken breast to the pearls.

Cut the onion and garlic and fry them in 5 g of oil.

Add the fried onions and sorrel to the pot.

Boil ready (20 minutes).

Add the grated eggs.

Put the lid on and leave to "ripen".
