Salmon with Pearl Couscous

Ingredients
 250 g Fresh salmon
 100 g Pearl couscous (or any other grains/whole wheat pasta/noodles)
 150 g Water
 290 g Broccoli
 200 g Frozen Fava beans (Hortex)
 200 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 140 g Carrot
 80 g Onion
 25 g Garlic
 8 g Oil
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice
Directions

Put the salmon in a pan, pour in a little water and steam until ready (under the lid). When ready - chop it with a fork.

Boil 150 g of water, add pearl couscous and boil it for ~5-7 minutes. Remove the pot from the stove, put the lid on and leave the couscous to "get ready".

Cut the onion and garlic and fry them in 8 g of oil.

Add the chopped peppers, carrots, beans, broccoli, salt and other spices to the onions and stew.

Add pearl couscous and chopped salmon. Mix everything - fry stew for a few minutes - ready!
