Gaspacho soup
Finally, I have gazpacho soup.
A rainbow of colors on my plate ... -:)

Put the salmon in a pan, pour in a little water and steam until ready (under the lid). When ready - chop it with a fork.
Boil 150 g of water, add pearl couscous and boil it for ~5-7 minutes. Remove the pot from the stove, put the lid on and leave the couscous to "get ready".
Cut the onion and garlic and fry them in 8 g of oil.
Add the chopped peppers, carrots, beans, broccoli, salt and other spices to the onions and stew.
Add pearl couscous and chopped salmon. Mix everything - fry stew for a few minutes - ready!

Finally, I have gazpacho soup.

One of my top dishes is oven-baked vegetables. Well, very delicious!

On holidays, every day, on a picnic - they will be useful everywhere. A great alternative to chips.

It is an infinitely simple and delicious variation on pear and blue cheese pie. It's fantastic! I recommend you try it!
