Today I made something very delicious - this delicious tart with salmon, broccoli and blue cheese.

Ingredients for the dough (diameter of the mold 20 cm)
 1 Egg
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 120 g Whole wheat flour (the amount of flour depends on the size of the egg and the moisture of the cottage cheese)
 15 g Adjika "Pures"
 12 g Butter
Ingredients for filling
 100 g Broccoli (or squash, or bell pepper, or any other vegetable you like)
 70 g Salmon (fresh)
 20 g Dor blue cheese (or other cheese of your choice with a stronger taste)
 10 g Peroni (optional, can be omitted if you don't like spicy food)
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients for the Topping
 2 Eggs
 120 g Natural yogurt
 Herb salt, pepper

Prepare tart dough - beat the egg with curd into a homogeneous mass. Add melted butter, adjika, salt, spices, and flour, and knead the dough. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Prepare the filling - divide the broccoli into small rosettes and throw into boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.

Cut the salmon into small pieces.

Remove the tart dough from the refrigerator and put it into the mold, forming the edges.

Put the stuffing in the middle - broccoli and salmon, sprinkle with grated cheese, and add pepperoni.

Beat 3 eggs with yogurt, salt and spices and pour over the filling - salmon, broccoli, pepperoni and cheese.

Place in the oven at 180 °C and bake for ~30 minutes.
