 6 Multigrain tortillas (medium)
 6 Boiled eggs
 350 g Boiled carrots
 250 g Dry low-fat cottage cheese
 200 g Cheese 10%
 60 g Mozzarella Galbani cheese
 60 g Scallions
 15 g Dill
 25 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Grate carrots, eggs, and cheese (put 30 g of cheese separately)

Mix the carrots, eggs, and cheese with cottage cheese, and add squeezed garlic, salt, and spices.

Place the first tortilla and spread part of the curd mass on it. Place another tortilla on top and spread some of the curd mass on it as well. Repeat the same with the other tortillas.
Spread the cottage cheese mass on the last tortilla and put mozzarella cheese cut into pieces on top.

Put the tortilla cake in an oven preheated to 180 for ~12 minutes (until the cheese melts and starts to "bubble").
