
Cottage cheese casserole with raspberries

A light, but at the same time hearty dessert with mango, raspberries and chia seeds will be useful for holidays or a long day!

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze it. Put in the refrigerator for an hour to allow the puree to freeze slightly.
Raspberries are blended with a little sweetener. If you want a firmer mass - add 6g of swollen gelatin dissolved in a hot water bath.
Pour the raspberry mass into a dessert bowl. Put in the refrigerator.
Add kefir seeds, sweetener and mix. Put in the refrigerator to allow the seeds to swell.
Poured swallowed seeds in kefir on top of the frozen raspberry mass.
Put the blended mango on top.
Put a glass of dessert in the refrigerator for 3-4 h, or even better until morning. Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate before serving.
