 360 g Apples
Ingredients for Grilled oatmeal
 70 g Oat flakes
 35 g Honey
Ingredients for Milk-Vanilla Sauce
 150 g Milk
 1 tsp. Honey + sweetener
 1 tsp. Lemon juice
 7 g Corn starch
 Vanilla
 Cinnamon

Cut the apples in half, cut out the core and place in a container with water poured underneath.

Put in the oven at ~ 180 degrees to bake ready. I got ~ 50 min.

Finished grilled - honey and oatmeal flakes put in a pan and toast. Cool.

Prepared milk sauce: add lemon juice, honey, sweetener, starch, vanilla to the milk and heat, stirring constantly, until the mass thickens. Cool.

Put apples in a bowl, milk sauce on the apples and sprinkle with barbecue (you can also sprinkle with cinnamon).
