 3 Eggs
 100 g Egg white "Eva"
 250 g Smoked chicken gyros
 175 g Smoked cheese Tofu Bio
 499 g Cauliflower
 360 g Brown button mushrooms
 206 g Broccoli
 60 g Spinach
 50 g Leek
 200 g Flour (I have corn flour)
 Salt, pepper, spices
Directions

Boil water, put broccoli and cauliflower (divided into florets) in it and cook for 5 minutes.

Chop/blend mushrooms, chicken gyros and spinach in a food processor. Chop the leek. Grate the cheese.

Remove the broccoli and cauliflower from the water, cool and chop them in a food processor.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, add the flour and spices and mix well.

With wet hands, form meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

Bake in an oven preheated at 175-180 °C for ~60 minutes.
