
Cottage cheese waffles with blueberries
For weekend mornings, not only pancakes but also delicious waffles are suitable.

Boil water, put broccoli and cauliflower (divided into florets) in it and cook for 5 minutes.
Chop/blend mushrooms, chicken gyros and spinach in a food processor. Chop the leek. Grate the cheese.
Remove the broccoli and cauliflower from the water, cool and chop them in a food processor.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, add the flour and spices and mix well.
With wet hands, form meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in an oven preheated at 175-180 °C for ~60 minutes.
