Ingredients
 60 g Rice (I had jasmin rice)
 150 g An Apple
 50 g Milk 2%
 10 g Date syrup (or maple leaf syrup, or honey, or 8 g brown sugar)
 180 g Water
 Cinnamon
 A pinch of salt
Directions

Wash the rice and place in a saucepan with 180 g of water, a pinch of salt and cook until the water has evaporated. Add 50 g of milk. And boil ready.

In parallel with cooking rice in a pan, put sliced apple pieces, add syrup, cinnamon and stir occasionally sauté them soft.

Add apples to rice, stir, simmer with rice for 2 minutes and take off.
