Cold soup
After a hot day, cold soup is probably what is most in demand. And who doesn't know how to cook it? However, everyone has their favorite recipe. I have neither sausage nor meat… :)
Porridge can be so different and so delicious!
Wash the rice and place in a saucepan with 180 g of water, a pinch of salt and cook until the water has evaporated. Add 50 g of milk. And boil ready.
In parallel with cooking rice in a pan, put sliced apple pieces, add syrup, cinnamon and stir occasionally sauté them soft.
Add apples to rice, stir, simmer with rice for 2 minutes and take off.
