Apricot tart
Servings4 Serving
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients for the base (diameter 20 cm)
 1 Egg (60 g)
 120 g Flour (I used 40g whole wheat flour, 80g buckwheat flour)
 80 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 80 g Dates
 20 g Butter
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
Ingredients for filling
 2 Eggs
 300 g Fresh apricots
 80 g Milk (2%)
 80 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 15 g Corn starch
 Sweetener, vanilla
Directions
1

Add 20 g of melted butter, cottage cheese, dates to the egg and blend everything into a homogeneous mass.

2

Stir the baking powder into the flour and add to the egg-curd-date mass. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

3

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and put it in a tart form, forming "sides".

4

Place sliced apricots at the bottom of the tart.

5

Blend 2 eggs with milk, cottage cheese, sweetener, and vanilla, and pour over the apricots.

6

Put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake for ~ 30-35 minutes.
