My holiday simple breakfast. Millet with cheese and greens. Simple, hearty and delicious.
The millet is washed in three waters and boiled in a saucepan with a lid at a very low temperature (without stirring) for ~ 15-20 minutes.
When the water evaporates take off the grated cheese, chopped greens.
Cover on top and wait 10 minutes.
