 3 Boiled eggs
 300 g Chinese cabbage
 250 g Chicken fillet (smoked breast this time)
 200 g An Apple
 50 g Onion green feather
 20 g Linseed
 20 g Lemon juice
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients for Sauce
 300 g Non-fat cottage cheese cream "Alma"
 80 g Avocado
 50 g Various greens (dill, parsley, spinach, kinza, etc.)
 25 g Garlic (you can put less to taste)
 1 tsp Mustard
 1 tsp Honey
 Salt (I use herbal salt)
Preparation

Cut chicken fillet, Chinese cabbage, eggs, green onions. Grate the apples. Add lemon juice and mix.

Mix all the sauce ingredients and blend.
