 50 g Scallions
 20 g Flaxseed
 20 g Lemon juice
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients for Sauce
 300 g Non-fat cottage cheese cream "Alma"
 80 g Avocado
 50 g Various greens (dill, parsley, spinach, kinza, etc.)
 25 g Garlic (you can put less to taste)
 1 tsp. Mustard
 1 tsp. Honey
 Salt (I use herbal salt)
