Thin Egg and Cottage Cheese Pancakes (Gluten-Free)
Everyone loves pancakes. I do too, even when I’m “on a diet.” That’s why I try to make them as healthy as possible.
After the "sin works" of the holiday, when you eat too much, such a baking will be a good relief on the second and third day, because the food is rich in protein and low in carbohydrates.

Chicken fillets are better marinated in advance (I use mustard, curry, seasoning salt).
Broccoli is cut into rosettes, grated cheese.
Beat eggs with yogurt, egg white, spices.
Put broccoli rosettes in a bowl, cut fillet pieces in between.
Sprinkle with cheese mixed with squeezed garlic.
Pour over the egg mixture and place in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 40 minutes.

This cottage cheese casserole is so good that before you know it, you'll have to bake a new one.

Very good salad for dinner.
