Great, aromatic plum pie with just as much nutritional value!

 3 Eggs
 400 g Fresh prunes (other fruits or berries may be used)
 150 g Kefir 2%
 130 g Flour (I had corn)
 1 tsp. Soda or baking powder
 Vanilla, sweetener
Directions

Plums cut into pieces.

Separate egg whites from egg yolks

Egg yolks beaten with kefir, sweetener, vanilla.

Add flour. Add sliced plums.

Whisk the egg whites in a stiff foam and mix carefully into the dough.

The dough is poured into a shape (I had a cake shape).

Put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake for ~ 40 minutes (look at your stove).
