Meat salad with Chinese cabbage
I added Chinese cabbage instead of potatoes. Managed great and with very friendly calories.
For a delicious and protein-rich breakfast.

Put the eggs, tuna (with all the liquid) in a bowl, add salt and spices as needed and beat until smooth. Add the baking powder, linseed and chopped dill.
Pour the mixture into the mould and place it in an Airfryer at 175 °C for ~12 minutes. Or in the microwave at 800 W (~6-7 minutes). You can also cook in the oven.
Remove, cool and cut in half. Place the mashed ripe avocado on both halves and top with the trout slices.
