New Year's Honey Cakes
How about Christmas and New Year without your own Christmas tree?
A good time has passed since my last hachapuri. And I will say that this is really ok, quite ok - :)
Mix cottage cheese with egg white, salt, flour, baking powder. The dough comes together quite loose.
Divide into two equal parts. Form boats by hand (directly on the tray).
Carefully smear with egg yolk, pierce the bottom with a fork and place in the oven at 175-180 degrees for ~ 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, grate the cheese and mix with the egg and sliced onions.
Remove the semi-finished boats from the oven, fill with the egg-cheese mixture and return to the oven for 15 minutes.

How about Christmas and New Year without your own Christmas tree?
It has been a long time since we usually have meat / fish, something from cereals and, of course, vegetables at lunch. I figured it all out and here's what came together.
If you have to sin a little, then on the second day you have to prepare something "easy". And a delicious tuna stew with cauliflower will fit perfectly here.
From very simple products you can make very delicious and healthy cookies, which you can have at least every day.
