Pilaf with turkey fillet

Just not on my blog! Yes, there was no pilaf. Now it will be! Don't understand where I was before? Simply heavenly delicious!

Pilaf with turkey fillet
Servings4 Serving
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
450 g Turkey fillet (or chicken fillet or lean beef)
 345 g Carrot
 255 g Onion
150 g Rice (I use brown wholemeal rice)
 18 g Garlic
30 g Extra virgin olive oil
Chili pepper (big, because we like spicy food in the family, but it may not be)
 Herb salt, nutmeg, coriander, cumin.
Directions
1

Grate the carrots, cut the onion with garlic and put in a pan with heated oil (30 g). Fry lightly and add sliced turkey fillet.

2

Rinse the rice thoroughly. Rinse until the water is almost clear. Drain the rice all the water through a sieve.

3

Add the rice to the meat in a pan, add all the spices, add HOT water (or broth) so that everything is covered with water and reduce the temperature (I from 9 sections to the third) and leave to cook for ~ 30 minutes.
