Chicken liver pate
In the mornings, many like to eat buns. A great option to smear liver pate on them. Of course, healthy - without butter, fat and extra, unnecessary calories.
Finally, I have a recipe for healthy cheesecakes!

Melt the dark chocolate with 3 g of oil (I do this in the microwave three times for 20 seconds each time, removing and stirring the mixture thoroughly) and spread it generously into the silicone moulds (with a silicone brush).
Place the silicone moulds in the freezer for ~30 minutes.
Add sweetener to the curd and whip with yoghurt or sweet cream.
Pour boiling water (which has stood for ~10 minutes after boiling) over the gelatine and stir thoroughly until dissolved and add to the curd (the curd must be at room temperature!!!).
Take the moulds out of the freezer and put the prepared curd mixture in them. Place the berries (raspberries for me) in the middle and top with the remaining chocolate.
Put them back in the freezer.

Mmm, how delicious... Will have to bake again!

I've wanted to make these for a long time. Or soft biscuits. Either way, perfect for breakfast.

A little unusual cake for your beloved's birthday!
