 400 g Cherries (frozen)
 10 g Corn starch
 Sweetener
Ingredients for granola
 25 g Oat flakes
 15 g Butter
 25 g Honey
Directions

Finished cream - in the milk penetrate the egg yolk, add starch, lemon juice, sweetener and stir with a whisk and stir until the mass begins to become thick. Set aside to cool.

Finished berries - cherries are placed in a saucepan and boiled, add starch and stir until the cherries begin to thicken. Remove and allow to cool.

Add butter, honey to the finished grilled oat flakes and fry them in a hot pan until they turn golden brown.

Add the cooled cream, sweetener to the cottage cheese and beat well together.

In a bowl puts: cream, berries, grilled. Closes with a grill.
