Lovely, protein- and healthy-fat-rich and very tasty buns. With excellent nutritional value.
So delicious! And so simple that even the laziest of lazy people can cook it quickly.

Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.
Beat eggs with erythritol. Whip for ~3 minutes until they increase significantly in volume.
Add sliced mango and natural yogurt to the eggs.
Add flour and baking powder.
Mix the dough thoroughly and put it in the baking form. Bake at 180 degrees for ~25-30 minutes.
