Savoury toast bread pie with cheese and eggs

 5 Boiled eggs
 12 Slices (240 g) 100% rye wholemeal toaster bread
 100 g Cheese 10%
 90 g Carrot
 40 g A well-melting cheese with a strong flavour (Dor blue for me)
 30 g Dill
 25 g Garlic
Directions

First, boil the eggs and carrots.

Grate the cheese, squeeze the garlic, chop the herbs. Grate the boiled eggs and carrots.

Place six slices of toast bread on a baking tray and place 1/2 of the prepared mixture on top.

Place on top and gently press the other six slices of toaster bread.

Top and spread the remaining cheese-egg mixture. Sprinkle with grated Dor blue cheese over the top.

Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for ~15-20 minutes.
