Oatmeal pancake with cottage cheese and cheese
Do you like pancakes in the morning? Oh yes, me too. Before that, I made something similar with a tortilla, but you can also bake your own healthy pancake.
Rye buns with filling! One, two and ready!
Add soda and salt to the kefir, stir and set aside to "eat".
Add the egg, flour, knead the dough and set it aside for 10 minutes.
With wet hands form round buns, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Put in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 20-25 minutes.
When they are ready: remove, cut off the cap, scrape the middle and fill with cheese and cottage cheese (or beat an egg, or anything else that tastes good).
Put back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Ps
I wouldn't throw the middle of the buns out, but I would mix them with cottage cheese, cheese bows, one egg white and small balls of sauté: also very delicious.
