This is a recipe I've wanted to make for a long time, so finally! Well, very tasty and hearty food - especially for those who like pumpkin!

 914 g Butternut squash (peeled, sliced)
 540 g Cauliflower
 270 g "Fatika" cheese 12% (or 220 g "Feta" cheese 18%)
 65 g Spinach
 18 g Garlic
 15 g Sesame seeds
 15 g Extra virgin olive oil
Directions

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seed and cut it into cubes.

Cut the cauliflower.

Put both vegetables in a large bowl. Add garlic, 15 g of oil, salt, and spices that you like. Mix everything, put the vegetables on a baking sheet and put them in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, and bake for ~ 40 minutes.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes.

Remove the cooked pumpkin and cauliflower from the oven, add feta cheese, sesame seeds, and spinach, and put back in the oven for 5 minutes.
