Hachapuri with cheese and eggs
A good time has passed since my last hachapuri. And I will say that this is really ok, quite ok - :)
If you are planning to go somewhere during the day, and public eateries, like me, are not your best friend, then you can quickly and easily make mini "pancakes" with cheese. Tastes equally good both warm and cold.
Grate the cheese and mix with cottage cheese, egg whites and green onions.
Add spices.
The filling is divided into 6 mini lavashes.
Fold, dipped in beaten eggs and fry in a pan on both sides.
