If you are planning to go somewhere during the day, and public eateries, like me, are not your best friend, then you can quickly and easily make mini "pancakes" with cheese. Tastes equally good both warm and cold.

 6 Mini lavash (6 x 20g)
 2 Eggs
 30 g Egg white (or 1 small egg white)
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 50 g Cheese Powerhouse or other skimmed cheese
 30 g Scallions
 1 tbsp Water
 Salt, pepper

Grate the cheese and mix with cottage cheese, egg whites and green onions.

Add spices.

The filling is divided into 6 mini lavashes.

Fold, dipped in beaten eggs and fry in a pan on both sides.
