Avocado - lime ice cream (Keto, lactose free)
We continue to eat ice cream, because it's summer! This time without lactose.
It is a very delicious pizza that can be eaten at any time of the day.
Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, mix and set aside to drain.
Grate the carrot finely, chop the onion and garlic. Mix the yoghurt with the adzhika.
Squeeze the liquid from the zuccini, add the eggs, grated carrots, onion, garlic, flour, spices and mix (be careful with the salt as you have already added it to the zuccini after grating it).
Grease the pan with oil, put the mixture in the pan, spread and fry at low temperature under the lid on one side for ~15 minutes.
Grate the cheeses, cut the pear, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Turn the pizza base upside down using a plate and spread with the yoghurt-adjika mixture.
Place the tomatoes and pear pieces on top, layer the sliced Dor Blue cheese in the middle and sprinkle with the 10% cheese.
Put the lid on and bake for another ~10 minutes until the base is browned and the cheeses are melted.
