Pizza with tuna, pear and blue cheese Dor blue

It's time for some delicious pizza with a tasty, crispy edge.

Ingredients for the Base
 300 g Flour (I use a mix of flours - corn, buckwheat, wheat)
 130 g Water
 60 g Oil
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 A pinch of salt
Ingredients for top
 170 g Cheese 10%
 80 g Dor blue cheese (or other fatty cheese you like)
 160 g Pear
 150 g Canned tuna in its own juice (pieces)
 40 g Adjika "Pures"
 40 g Natural yogurt
 60 g Onion
Directions

Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt, add the water and oil and mix into a dough that does not stick to your hands and place in the fridge for ~30 minutes.

Mix the yoghurt with the adjika. Thinly slice the pear, discard the excess liquid from the tuna and divide it into pieces.

Take the dough out of the fridge, roll out into a thin layer and place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes (until the surface is slightly browned).

Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread with the adjika-yoghurt mixture. Top with pears, tuna and both cheeses.

Place in the oven and bake for ~10 minutes until the cheese melts
