
Meringue roll with berries (with sweetener)
It's been a long time since I've cooked this delicacy — this time with fresh raspberries and no sugar.
Instead of bacon pies, I bake healthy, protein-rich cumin cheese and curd breads.

Blend the low-fat cottage cheese with the eggs, add the grated cheese, flour, baking powder, herb salt, and herbs, and knead the dough.
With wet hands, divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape into small loaves (I put them in 10 cm silicone tart moulds).
Bake in an oven preheated to 175-180 °C for ~20 minutes.
