 1500 g Water
 400 g Ground chicken fillet
 400 g Celery root or turnip or pumpkin
 294 g Broccoli
 120 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 110 g Carrot
 50 g Onion
 8 g Garlic
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"
 50 g Pearl couscous (or any other grains)
 15 g Extra virgin oil
 Salt, pepper and bay leaves
 Dill

Chop the onion and garlic, place in a hot pan and stir-fry in oil .

Add salt and pepper to the ground meat and mix.

Boil the water in a pot. Peel the celery, cut the carrot into thin slices. Cut the peppers. Divide the broccoli into rosettes. Cut the celery into small cubes and put the first (as the hardest vegetable) in the pot.

When the celery has cooked slightly, add the sliced carrot.

Make meatballs from the ground meat and add to the pot. Add salt and spices to taste.

Cook for about 10 minutes, add the pearl couscous, paprika, fried onions and garlic.

Boil and add the broccoli and melted cheese at the end.
