The omelette is probably one of the most popular breakfasts in every home.

Ingredients (pan diameter 28 cm)
 3 Small eggs
 100 g Tomatoes cherry
 40 g Cheese Bresto light (or 10% cheese or other lean, well-melting cheese)
 40 g Lettuce (preferably with tougher leaves)
 2 g Oil
 Salt, pepper
Directions

Cut the lettuce and tomatoes.

Heat a frying pan and place the cut lettuce and tomatoes in it.

Beat the eggs, add salt, pepper, and spices and pour into the pan over the vegetables. Turn the heat down to low.

Sprinkle the eggs with 30g of grated cheese (I sprinkled the remaining 10g on top of the already rolled omelette).

Put the lid on the pan and bake until the eggs have "set" and the cheese has melted.

Using a wide spatula, roll the omelette into a roll. Or just fold it in half.

Sprinkle with the remaining 10 g of cheese.
