Mix the eggs with cottage cheese, add sweetener, and flour, and mix the dough.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Make round buns by hand, forming the edges.

Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, add water mixed with starch and sweetener to the sliced fruit and boil them in a saucepan until thickened.

Slightly cool and fill the substrates.

Put in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
