Chicken fillets - pumpkin meatballs with couscous
Delicious, comfortable, healthy. Such lunch with easy to take with you to work or on the road when tired of boiled chicken fillet with cereals or vegetables.
Birthday cake - everyone who tasted said it was great. So, either share or recipe.
The eggs are separated from the egg whites.
To the egg yolks add kefir, cocoa, baking powder, erythritol, some intense sweetener (look how sweet you want), p / g wheat flour. Mix everything.
Stir in the egg whites, stirring carefully to one side so as not to "settle".
1/2 of the dough is poured into a form, which is previously smeared with a little fat.
Bake at 175 degrees for ~ 30 minutes.
Bake a second biscuit. Cool both and cut in half with a sharp knife.
Pour the dried milk into the pan and fry until golden brown. They come together: it's nothing, it will be right.
Cool and grind the coffee into a powder.
Pour the milk into the saucepan, add the ground milk and stirring constantly, boil until the mass thickens (~ 10-15 min). Cool.
Peel and cut the apples into small pieces.
Put in a saucepan, add water, sweetener, vanillin and cook.
When the apples remain soft, squeeze (but do not crush) them. Cool.
Philadelphia light cream cheese is mixed with non-fat cottage cheese cream, prepared "condensed milk", a sweetener is added if you want any of the aromatic essences.
Mix everything into a homogeneous mass. I use a mixer.
Make a cup of strong, sweet espresso.
Grind walnuts.
Place 1 cut biscuit in the pastry ring, preferably with an acetate plate around it.
Using a pastry brush, soak it thoroughly with coffee.
Cover with ~ 1/4 of the condensed milk cream.
Sprinkle 1/3 (12g) of the chopped walnuts on top and 1/2 of the boiled apples on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Put a second biscuit on top, soak in coffee and cover the second quarter of the cream. Sprinkle with walnuts 12g.
on top of the third biscuit, soaked in coffee. Cover with a third of the cream. Sprinkle the remaining walnuts and apply the remaining apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place the last disc of the biscuit. Smear the cream (leave a cream to smear the sides in the morning)
Put in the fridge to set.
In the morning or after a few hours remove from the refrigerator and decorate as desired.
