 100 g Natural yogurt
 20 g Scallions
 ½ tsp. French or Dijon mustard
 ½ tsp. Honey

Boil the egg and grate it. Finely chop the tomatoes and green onions.

Drain the liquid from the tuna. Mix all ingredients.
