This curd casserole will be the perfect way to lose those extra kilos in a delicious and worry-free way - it's very, very tasty and flour-free.

Put 3 eggs, egg white, and curd in a bowl. Blend everything into a smooth paste.
Add the protein, starch, sweetener, and baking powder and whisk until smooth.
Cut the plums into small pieces and add to the dough. Stir and pour into the mould.
Place in a preheated oven at 170 °C and bake for ~40 minutes.
