This curd casserole will be the perfect way to lose those extra kilos in a delicious and worry-free way - it's very, very tasty and flour-free.

Ingredients (tin diameter 28 cm )
 3 Eggs
 200 g Egg white
 450 g Red plums (or other fruits/berries)
 400 g Skimmed milk curd (not packet, but granular)
 40 g Whey protein powder
 30 g Corn starch
 5 g Baking powder
 Vanilla essence
 Sweetener as needed
Directions

Put 3 eggs, egg white, and curd in a bowl. Blend everything into a smooth paste.

Add the protein, starch, sweetener, and baking powder and whisk until smooth.

Cut the plums into small pieces and add to the dough. Stir and pour into the mould.

Place in a preheated oven at 170 °C and bake for ~40 minutes.
