Mini pizzas with chicken (in a pan)

When you want something tasty but don't quite know what, mini pizzas are the go-to breakfast.

Ingredients
 2 "Fazer street" polar breads (2 x 45 g)
 60 g Tomatoes cherry
 50 g Smoked chicken gyros (or tuna, or fish, or lean meat)
 40 g Cheese 10%
 20 g Adjika or tomato sauce (for me "Pūre" adjika)
 3 g Extra virgin olive oil
 Spinach leaves
 Spices of your choice

Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil.

Spread the polar breads with the adjika, place the sliced tomatoes and chicken on it and top with chopped spinach leaves (or dill).

Grate the cheese. Sprinkle it over the polar breads.

Place in a pan put the lid on and bake at a very low temperature until the cheese melts (~5-7 minutes).
