Last autumn was rich in mushrooms. We pull it out of the freezer and cook a delicious soup.

 2.20 l Water
 250 g Smoked chicken breast
 180 g Cream cheese "Latgale" with greens (or processed cheese Dzintars 7,5%)
 500 g Mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
 400 g Frozen leguminous beans
 200 g Carrot
 514 g Rutabaga
 150 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 15 g Garlic
 50 g Greens (dill + onions)
 Salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaves, and other spices of your choice.
 Spicy chilli (I like sharper dishes that I don't like - this may not be the case)
Directions

Pour water into the pot, add salt, pepper, bay leaves, and spices are added. Boil the water.

Cut chicken breasts, mushrooms, kale, peppers into small cubes. Grate carrots, chop the greens.

First put the mushrooms in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes and then add the hardened chicken, chicken breast. Boil almost until ready.

Add grated carrots, peppers, beans. Boil everything ready.

At the end, add the melted cheese. Bring to a boil, add herbs.
Ready!
