 2 Eggs
 300 g Various dried fruits (I used 60 g raisins, 60 g dried apricots, 60 g cranberries, 60 g barberries, 60 g figs)
 190 g Ripe bananas
 140 g Whole wheat flour (gluten-free flour can also be used)
 100 g Milk 2%
 20 g Gingerbread seasoning
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Rum essence
Directions

Cut and chop the dried fruit and berries.

Beat the eggs with the bananas.

Add the flour, baking powder, gingerbread spice and rum essence to the egg-banana mixture and stir in the dried fruit.

Divide the mixture between the 6 small (8 cm diameter) tart tins, or use one large tin.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for ~30 minutes.
