Cold Soup
After a hot day, cold soup is probably what you crave most. And who doesn’t know how to make it? Still, everyone has their own favorite recipe. Mine doesn’t have any sausage or meat… :)
Mmm! Delicious millet! It hadn't been cooked in so long!

Cut the onion and garlic and fry together with the minced meat in a heated pan, minimally greased with oil.
Add chopped peppers, salt, spices.
Broccoli is divided into rosettes and evaporated separately.
Add steamed broccoli to the meat and peppers in a pan.
Rinse the millet in several waters while the water remains clear. Put the millet in a saucepan, add ~ 300 g of water (the water must be 1 finger thick above the millet), put the lid on and simmer (without stirring) until all the moisture has evaporated (“holes” appear in the millet).
Add millet to meat and vegetables, mix.

Delicious and healthy curd cheese buns!

I like to cook delicacies that do not require a lot of time and complex ingredients. One, two, three - it's done, and the result is magical!
