Ingredients
 200 g Minced beef ham (without fat)
 100 g Millet (or other cereals)
 400 g Green peas (frozen)
 200 g Broccoli
 180 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 25 g Kiploks
 300 ml Water
 Spices of your choice

Cut the onion and garlic and fry together with the minced meat in a heated pan, minimally greased with oil.

Add chopped peppers, salt, spices.

Broccoli is divided into rosettes and evaporated separately.

Add steamed broccoli to the meat and peppers in a pan.

Rinse the millet in several waters while the water remains clear. Put the millet in a saucepan, add ~ 300 g of water (the water must be 1 finger thick above the millet), put the lid on and simmer (without stirring) until all the moisture has evaporated (“holes” appear in the millet).

Add millet to meat and vegetables, mix.
