 374 g Ripe mango (peeled, pitted)
 300 g Blueberries
 300 g Non-fat cottage cheese cream Alma (or a packet of cottage cheese or yogurt Skyr)
 100 g Oat flakes
 180 g Skimmed milk kefir
 30 g Honey
 50 g Water
 10 g Gelatin
 Sweetener
 Vanilla

Peel the mango, cut into pieces. Add cottage cheese cream (or cottage cheese, or yogurt), sweetener, vanilla and whisk everything together.

Swell gelatin in cold water (~ 5 min). In a hot water bath, melt the gelatin (or in the microwave for 30 seconds) and add it to the mango-curd mass.

Pour the mass into dishes and freeze in the refrigerator.

Boil blueberries with 50g of water and sweetener (add if necessary), blend and leave to cool.

Finished grilled - put the honey in a pan, melt, add oatmeal and roast it in honey. Set aside to cool.

Place the grilled cream on top of the chilled cream. Decorate to your liking!
