Muesli with oat flakes, orange and dried fruit

Mix egg with cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, baking powder. Stir in flour and grind the ball, which is placed in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil strawberries with apricots, 30g of water and sweetener.
30g of corn starch mixed with 60g of water and stir in the strawberry - apricot mass. Stir until the mass thickens. Slightly cool.
Strawberry - apricot mass is filled in a tart and allowed to cool.
