Pumpkin - this great berry is useful for both salty dishes and delicious treats!
Cut the fresh pumpkin into small pieces and put in the microwave for 5-6 minutes. Or evaporate on the stove in a saucepan. Cool.
Blend the egg with pumpkin, spices and oil.
Add flour and oat bran (bran I grind finely in a coffee grinder), mixed with baking powder.
The mass is mixed and placed in 3 silicone molds. Put in a bowl a spoonful of dough, cut into small cubes of "Dorblu" cheese. On top of the dough again and also on top of the molds pressed over a piece of cheese.
Put in the oven at 175 degrees and bake for ~ 25 minutes.
