 200 g Homemade Alma (non-fat) cheese or Valio Pro cheese
 100 g Fresh strawberries
 10 g Maple leaf syrup (or other natural syrup)
Ingredients for toasted flakes
 23 g Oat flakes
 8 g Honey

Put oatmeal in a pan, add honey and fry.

Alma, strawberries and oatmeal roasted in honey are placed in the dessert bowl. Maple leaf syrup on top.
